Poland 2026

The trip began with the sort of logistical failure that typically ruins a holiday: a lost wallet, a missing driving licence, and the sudden abandonment of our car hire.

Despite the above, and, once the initial panic subsided, that very frustration became the catalyst for the fantastic journey on local rail and foot, and we found a side of Poland that remained hidden to the typical tourist—including a culinary scene that far exceeded our expectations.”
